Browser won't start after installing multiple programs without rebooting
- After installing each application and after installing 0DETECT, we strongly recommend that you reboot your PC.
How long do deleted profiles stay in the trash?
- The shelf life of profiles in the basket is 48 hours.
Is it possible to have multiple free 0DETECT accounts?
- No.
Is it possible to pass profiles to other users in 0DETECT?
- You can, if your tariff allows it. You can find the list of tariffs and their options here https://0DETECT.com/en/prices (opens in a new tab)
- Transfer of profiles within team rates (team/professional/custom) is allowed
Proxy check - Does not match OS system - what is it?
- For your safety, we check the OS of the profile and the OS of the proxy network fingerprint. Their mismatch may cause blocking or restrictions in a number of services.
Why can't I register an account with a particular system or do additional checks appear?
- The most common cause is a high spam rating of the proxy connection. 0DETECT monitors monthly updates of the Chromium kernel and adds new settings to profiles in a timely manner, so we recommend that you always update to the current version of the system.
What languages does the product have localization for?
- English, Ukrainian, Russian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese.
What is the Api Token that is in the settings?
- This is your key that allows you, after a certain rate, to connect developer tools to automate browser management.
What is Server Setup (Auto/CIS/Asia/Europe)?
- For fast operation of our system, we recommend choosing a server that is as close to you as possible. In auto mode we will determine the nearest available server and use it ourselves. In case of internet/provider blockages in your country, it is necessary to change the server for correct operation of the browser and update system.
Is it possible to deactivate/delete an account?
- Yes, you can, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line «EMAIL account deletion». The account will be deleted within 5 working days.
Can I change my email on my account?
- Yes, to change your email, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line «change your CURRENT EMAIL to TARGET EMAIL» . Tech support will notify you when the change has been made.
Why does 0DETECT request access to the microphone, camera, etc.?
- These accesses are requested by the sites you visit. For example, Google Meet, requests access to your microphone and camera.
