Account Signup
You can create an account either on the website (opens in a new tab) or in the app. To do this, click the «Start Now» button in the upper right corner. Then:
- Read the Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) and Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
- Enter your e-mail address
- Make a password. It must be at least 8 characters long, including numbers (0-9), upper and upper case Latin letters (A-z).
- Select a messenger for quick communication with support
- Enter the ID of the selected social network
- Enter a promo code (optional)
- Click the «Create Account» button.
After that you will receive an e-mail with an activation link. If it is not there, make sure that the mail you entered is correct and check your spam folder. If the address is correct, but there is no email, click the «resend link» button on the screen after registration.
Setup
After completing registration, download the actual installer suitable for your OS from the website (opens in a new tab). Run the installer and follow the instructions.
Account Login
To log into your account:
- Start the installed 0DETECT client
- Enter your email and password
- Click the «Sign In» button
Password Recover
If you have forgotten your account password, please use the «Password Recover» feature. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive instructions on how to recover it.
