Problems with profile, bug report

To submit a bug report, click on the «More options» next to the desired profile and select «Bug Report». In the window that opens, fill in the items to make it clear to the technicians what you are experiencing difficulties with.

Creating a profile backup

Backups are profile restore points that return the profile to the state at the time of the backup.

  • Backups are created automatically when the profile is started,
  • When your profile is forcefully stopped from another device or by another user in the command
  • User can create a backup of the profile himself by pressing the corresponding button ( «Create backup») in the «More options».

Restore from backup

  1. Go to the profiles page
  2. Click the «More options» next to the profile you are having trouble with
  3. Select «History & Backup»
  4. Click «Backups» at the top right of the screen
  5. Click the tab you want. If you have not created backups yourself and you have not been stopped by another user, it is «Auto Backup»
  6. Select the desired backup. For example, previous run
  7. After applying the backup, run the profile and check if the problem remains
